Solusi:

Rubah file .htaccess

Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine On

RewriteBase /smti/ci-cms/

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1 [L]
